Amazon Prime Video is releasing a new series titled Farzi.  The series will be available on the streaming platform starting February 10, 2023, and will be streaming in Hindi, Tamil, Telegu, Kannada, and Malyalam.

In the spotlight? A crime thriller called Farzi that's all set to release on Amazon Prime Video on February 10. The series also features Kay Kay Menon, Shweta Tripathi, and Jaideep Ahlawat.  Shahid Kapoor and Vijay Sethupathi will be headlining the series and will be playing the roles of an artist turned con man and a fiery, unorthodox task force officer. The motion poster reveals that Kapoor's character is an artist turned con man, and Khanna has teased that his role in the series is "amazing."

Shahid Kapoor is an Indian actor and dancer who has been active in the Bollywood film industry since 2003. He has won numerous awards and is widely regarded as one of the best actors in the industry today. He is best known for films such as Kaminey (2009), Haider (2014), and Padmaavat (2018).

Kapoor was born in 1981 in New Delhi and grew up in the city. He did his schooling at Gyan Bharati School and Rajhans Vidyalaya. He then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in film and video production from the School of Visual Arts in the United States.

Kapoor made his acting debut in 2003 with the romantic musical Ishq Vishk and gained critical and commercial success for his performance in the movie. He has since won several awards for his performances in films such as Vivah (2006), Jab We Met (2007), Kaminey (2009), and Haider (2014).

Kapoor is also an accomplished dancer and has been trained in various styles such as contemporary and hip-hop. He has choreographed several hit numbers for films and even for television advertisements.

Kapoor is married to Mira Rajput and the couple has two children. He is an avid traveler and loves to explore new places. He is also an active philanthropist and works with several charities.
