Summary -

Well-known Bollywood director Anil Sharma, who directed Gadar: Ek Prem Katha (2001) is preparing to make the sequel of the film. In this film, he will show the story of Tara Singh after his return to India from Pakistan. It has been confirmed that both Ameesha Patel & Sunny Deol along with Utkarsh Sharma who played the role of their son will reprise their respective roles in the film.

Unfortunately, legendary actor Late. Amrish Puri is not in use anymore. Vivek Shauq, who played the role of Darmiyaan Singh is also no more, hence both will be missed a lot. The work on the film has started and the shooting is expected to begin soon. The movie is likely to be released at the end of the year 2023.

Makers of Sunny Deol starrer Gadar 2 have launched the first poster of the film on Republic Day. The film will release in theatres on 11th August 2023.

Sunny deol took to his Instagram account to share the first poster of Gadar 2, and wrote, “Hindustan Zindabaad Hai….Zindabaad Tha.. .aur Zindabaad Rahega! This Independence Day, we bring to you the biggest sequel in Indian cinema after two decades.#Gadar2 releasing in Cinemas on 11th August 2023 #HappyRepublicDay.” Looks like Sunny Deol, who essayed Tara Singh’s character in the first part, will be reprising his role in Gadar 2. In the poster, a turban-clad Sunny Deol is seen wearing an all-black outfit, holding a hammer in his hand. Take a look!
